Guided Hikes

I will share some of my favorite places with you where I give background on the history and ecology of a subset of the locations covered on this site.

IBM Glen

A hike through approximately 200 acres of land that IBM originally acquired in the 1930s and turned over to Waterman Conservation Education Center in 2004. We'll discuss how the Glen was used over the past century and some of its unique features.

Hiawatha Island

This will require paddling to the Island where we'll hike for a little over a mile as we discuss the very colorful history of the isand. We'll also look at the variety of plants and wildlife on the island.

Apalachin Marsh

A hike that takes us through a culvert tunnel under Interstate 86 where we'll explore about twenty acres of unique habitat. I'll also share the amazing story about how the preserve came to be.

Drone Photography and Video

I also offer drone photography and video services for real estate, family events, research, and other uses. I am Part 107 certified (UAS pilot certification). 

Presentations and Motivational Speaking

I am available for presentataions for your events. I have a range of topics from history to the environment to leadership to professional development and motivation.
